How our system works

Roof cleaning

The system works in four main stages:

•  Hydro-clean the roof
This involves the removing of all moss, lichen, fungi, algae  and dirt.

•  A complete review and overhaul of the roof
This includes replacing all missing, broken or damaged tiles/slates. Repairing or replacing flashings, valleys, lead etc. Re-pointing and re-bedding any ridge tiles, chimney stacks and all cement work if necessary.

•  Apply an anti-fungicide
The entire roof area is sprayed with a anti-fungicidal agent, this stops the growth of any fungus prolonging the good looks of the roof.

•  Preserve the roof
The application of a micro-porous waterproofing  sealant impregnates and strengthens tiles/slates, preserving the roof whilst allowing it to 'breathe'.
